LES SORBIERS
TASTING NOTES - A deep red with purple hints. A present and pleasant nose of both fruits (blackberry and morello cherry) and toasted notes. A rich structure which gives a lot of persistency to the fruits and spices aromas.
ASSOCIATED FOOD - Grilled meat or red meat in sauce. To be opened two hours before drinking.

VINIFICATION - Vinification in traditionnal concrete tanks with long macerations. Twelve month ageing in "François Frères" oak barrels for a part of the syrah.
