TASTING NOTES - A beautiful deep red color, a complexe nose of 'garrigue', ripe black fruits with toasted and vanilla background. The mouth is elegant deep and powefull. The tannins are present but civilised. The wine offers a great length on the black fruits.
ASSOCIATED FOOD - Red meat or game. To be opened two hours before drinking.
