TASTING NOTES - A shiny red colour, a present raspberry blackberry and 'garrigue' nose. The mouth is generous with fine tannins, for a straight, open and fruity Languedoc.

ASSOCIATED FOOD - Ideal with summer salads, barbecue meals or slightly spicy dishes.

VINIFICATION - Vinification in traditionnal concrete tanks with short macerations. Twelve months ageing in tanks.

AGEING POTENTIAL - Best during the first five years. The raspberry being dominant in youg wines and spices becoming dominant on older vintages.
