TASTING NOTES - A nice pale yellow color. The nose starts with mineral notes and opens up on white fruits. The original mouth is nicely balanced between roundness and freshness, and offers a beautiful length on the minerality.

ASSOCIATED FOOD - Its fullness makes it possible to drink with poultry or white meat, as well as with exotic recipes like curry.
