LE BLANC
TASTING NOTES - A pale yellow color with beautiful green reflections. The nose is dedicated to the white flowers and citrus fruits with a light hint of vanilla and honey. Very elegant in the mouth, the wines has a nice volume and a beautiful balance.
ASSOCIATED FOOD - Perfect with seafood, cooked or roasted fishes.

YIELD - 40 hl/ha
VINIFICATION - Vinification and six to nine months ageing in oak barrels for the grenache and acacia barrel for the roussane.
AGEING POTENTIAL - Ideal now if you prefer the freshness and lemony aromas, it will gain in complexity with age
